Who we are

21 Days of Creating is run by Harriet Hoult and Jon Rees. You can reach us at harriethoult@gmail.com.

What you're booking

A place on 21 Days of Creating, running online from 2 November to 22 November 2026. It includes:

  • daily prompts in a private WhatsApp group

  • a 15-minute Zoom drop-in each day

  • a one-hour Zoom call each week (three in total)

Times are listed on the website and will be confirmed by email before we start.

Price and payment

The full price is £35, paid when you book. You can pay in one go, or in instalments through Clearpay at checkout. If you use Clearpay, their terms also apply, and any refund will be made through them.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll get an email straight away. We'll send the WhatsApp link, schedule and Zoom details a few days before we start on 2 November.

Reduced-rate places

We offer reduced-rate places for anyone who finds the full price a stretch. Just email us at harriethoult@gmail.com to ask. Reduced-rate places are on the same terms as full-price ones.

One ticket, one household

Your ticket covers you and anyone at home who'd like to join in, including children. Please don't share the WhatsApp or Zoom links outside your household.

Children

Children are very welcome to make alongside you. They remain your responsibility throughout, including on Zoom and in the WhatsApp group.

Cancellations and refunds

If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, as long as the programme hasn't started. Once it begins on 2 November, we can't offer refunds, including for sessions you don't attend.

If you book within 14 days of 2 November, you're asking us to begin before your 14-day cancellation period ends. If you then cancel after we've started, you won't be entitled to a refund.

To cancel, email us at harriethoult@gmail.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method; for Clearpay, that's through Clearpay.

If we need to change things

Occasionally we might need to move a call or drop-in. If so, we'll let you know as early as we can. If we have to cancel the whole programme, you'll get a full refund.

Recordings

The weekly calls are recorded and shared with participants only, and the recordings will be deleted after [30th November].Please don't record sessions yourself.

Looking after each other

The group works because people feel safe sharing unfinished things. Please be kind, and don't share anyone else's work, messages or images outside the group without asking them first. We may remove anyone whose behaviour makes the space feel unsafe for others, without a refund.

Your work

Everything you make is yours. We'd only ever share something you've made (for example, on social media) if you've given us permission first.

Not therapy

21 Days of Creating is a creative programme. It isn't therapy or a substitute for professional support. If you're finding things difficult, please reach out to your GP or a qualified practitioner.

Our responsibility

We'll run the programme with care. We're not responsible for things outside our control, such as internet problems or issues with Zoom or WhatsApp. Our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
